SECURE DROPOFF
- Reach out to us to book a time + receive a one time passcode for drop off:
- Place name and number on items with items.
- Drop off items at 259 Warner Crescent, Newmarket
- We will contact you when complete.
- You will be provided a new one time passcode for anytime pick up.
*Sharpening happens within 1 week, but usually completed by the next day*
OPTION 3
MAIL-IN
- Reach out to us:
- Pack your product securely
- Mail to 259 Warner Crescent, Newmarket
- Your tools will be mailed back to you within 10-12 business days
**Customers from the United States can send their products in the mail for sharpening and repair
