Lifetime Warranty
If it breaks, chips, snaps, bends, or fails in any way, we will take care of it.
What is Covered:
- Defects in materials, such as faulty steel or handle components
- Defects in craftsmanship, including improper assembly, materials quality, or finishing
- All damage, including:
- Broken tips
- Chips and cracks
- Bent or warped blades
- Handle damage
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or intentional force
No matter how it happened, your knife is covered.
What is Not Covered:
- Loss or theft of the product
- Shipping and handling costs for warranty claims
Exclusions:
Sharpology reserves the right to exclude specific products from the Lifetime Warranty where clearly stated on the product page.
Transferability:
This warranty is fully transferable. It applies to every owner of the knife, forever, whether purchased, gifted, or inherited.
How to File a Warranty Claim:

- We'll assess and provide next steps
- Send the knife in, and we will repair or replace it
Lifetime Sharpening Service
Sharpology knives are made to perform for life, and we ensure they stay that way. Our Lifetime Sharpening Service is available to every Sharpology knife, regardless of age or ownership history.
How It Works:
- In-Person Sharpening: Visit us at events or partner locations for free professional sharpening
- Mail-In Sharpening: Ship your knife to us, sharpening is free; customers cover shipping
Additional Services for Non-Sharpology Products:
